We offer shipping worldwide. In the European Union, shipping times are usually anywhere from 1 to 3 working days. Globally, those times can range from 3 to 6 working days.
When you order, please provide an email address and phone number where you can be reached. As the items we ship are high in value, there are times when local post offices require more information before shipping, and in those cases, we will contact you using the provided information. If any extra costs are incurred in this process, don’t worry — we’ll take care of them.

To begin the return process in the European Union, simply contact our logistics team. In the European Union, simply contact our logistics team. From there, they will send you a DHL/UPS or any other return label that you can then print out and affix to the box to be returned.
In the rest of the world, our team will also send you a DHL/UPS or any other return label, this time including specific information about customs and an explanation about how to proceed.
In either case, if DHL/UPS or any other is not your preferred shipping service, please contact shop@2dalcuore.com and we will organize a pickup or dropoff with the appropriate provider for your location.
Once you’ve printed out your return label, you have three options.
We’ll take care of everything for you. Send an email to shop@2dalcuore.com with your preferred pick up date and time slot of 2 hours between 08:00 and 19:00 and we’ll schedule a pick up for your package.
The package can be picked up from your home by DHL. To schedule this, simply call your local DHL/UPS or any other Express Point or schedule a pickup online here.
You can drop off the package at your local DHL Express Point, which can be located using the tool here.
After the return shipment arrives at our atelier and processed by our logistics team, your order will be fully refunded.
