How long do I have to wait for my order?

Clothes and assessories that are allready made and in stock are shipped within 3-5 working days. Other Dal Cuore garments that are made to order and therefore after your order has been registered, payment confirmed, ordered items go into production and will be shipped within 15-25 working days or according to the timings mentioned on the product description.

How good is your web shop payment security?

On Dal Cuore web shop every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to our online payment processing system. You can enjoy safe purchase without worries.

How do promotional codes work?

Dal Cuore promotional codes give you access to exclusive offers. To receive promotional codes, subscribe to our emails. Enter the code at checkout in the appropriate field. Only one promotional code can be used for each order. If the code does not work, please check the promotion dates, products and categories the code can be applied to.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes – and this is the best way to make sure that you order the right size. Visit our size guide for more information.

What if a product I like is sold out?

As almost all our products are unique pieces that are made from deadstock materials or some other unique and limited peace of fabric, at times after they are sold out we will not have them in stock again. Feel free to contact us and we would be happy to create another unique piece based on your wishes.

Can you gift wrap an order?

If you’d like to have your package gift wrapt and include a gift message with your order, just write ‘gift wrapping’ and write desired message text along with it in the Order notes box at the checkout.

To which countries do you deliver?

You can place an order and have it delivered all arround the world. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to security issues.

Who pays for customs and import charges?

If You are from outside of the EU, we are sorry to state that we have no control over these costs, and cannot give you any information on what the costs will be as custom policies and import duties vary from country to country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Please be aware that your package can be delayed by customs. We are not able to supply any details on why your package has been delayed or the length of the delay. We apologize for any inconveniences in this matter.

What do I do if something arrives damaged?

Dal Cuore is not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. Please contact us to let us know; we’ll track your package and you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping company.

How do I return an item?

To return any items, please refer to our Return Policy. We will gladly refund you any purchase made within 14 working days after delivery. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. If you’d like to return or do an exchange, please email us at shop@2dalcuore.com.

Attention! Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case, we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost.

Who pays for return expenses?

In case of a return you will be responsible for the cost to ship the package back to us. If you are returning an item for good we will refund you full payment but we will not reimburse the cost that you paid to return the parcel. If you are returning an item and want to have it exchanged we will pay for the costs shipping it back to you.

When could I expect to recieve my refund?

If your returned products meet our refunds policy you will be refunded within 24-48 hours after your return is processed. This also depends on your card issuer, transaction services of your bank or Paypal.

If I bought something at a full price and that is later on sale, could I get a refund of the
differece?

It is not possible to refund the difference as it is difficult to predict when and if we will be going on sale with certain items.
