Product Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All products are individually identified with a security tag. If you wish to return a purchased product, do not remove the security tag or seal from the product. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

If you’d like to make a return, you can begin the process by contact via e-mail:
shop@2dalcuore.com. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If you decide to return the purchased products, Dal Cuore has the right not to accept their return if the security tag or seal is missing, or if the tags have been altered in relation to their original state, or damaged. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

After receiving the order, if defects or others irregularities are found in the products ordered the Purchaser has 14 days in which to return or exchange the items. The costs of the return or exchange will be borne by Purchaser. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of day.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@2dalcuore.com and You will receive further information.

Cancellation of Orders

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned as the production process has started immediately on receipt of the order. This type of item can only be returned if it is faulty or irregular in relation to the product ordered.

 

You may cancel order only for the already available products and if this has not yet been sent. If You wish to cancel purchase order you must send email to shop@2dalcuore.com and request your order cancellation. If the cancelling request is accepted, you will be notified via e-mail on this decision and cancellation will be processed with no cost to you. If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been in production or dispatched, the products will be shipped to you.
