How long do I have to wait for my order?

Clothes and accessories that are already made and in stock are shipped within 3–5 working days. Other Dal Cuore garments are made to order, and after your order has been placed and payment confirmed, production begins. These items will be shipped within 15–25 working days or according to the timing mentioned in the product description.


How good is your web shop payment security?

Every purchase on the Dal Cuore webshop is made with maximum security thanks to our secure online payment processing system. You can shop safely and with confidence.


How do promotional codes work?

Dal Cuore promotional codes unlock exclusive offers. To receive them, subscribe to our emails. Enter the code at checkout in the designated field. Only one code can be used per order. If the code doesn’t work, please check the promotion dates and applicable products or categories.


What if a product I like is sold out?

Since many of our pieces are made from deadstock or limited fabric, sold-out items may not come back. However, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to create another unique piece tailored to your wishes.


Can you gift wrap an order?

Yes! If you’d like your package gift-wrapped and want to include a message, just write “gift wrapping” along with your message in the Order Notes box during checkout.


To which countries do you deliver?

Our delivery service is focused on Europe, so if Your country is not listed in our delivery list, please contact us via shop@2dalcuore.com for additional informatina regarding delivery options.


Who pays for customs and import charges?

If you’re outside the EU, customs charges and import duties may apply. These costs vary by country and must be paid by the recipient. Customs procedures may delay delivery, and unfortunately, we cannot influence or provide specific timelines.


What do I do if something arrives damaged?

Dal Cuore is not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. If this happens, contact us immediately. We’ll help track your package, and you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping provider.


How do I return an item?

Please refer to our Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 working days of delivery. Items must be returned via registered mail and in their original condition. For returns or exchanges, email us at shop@2dalcuore.com.

⚠ Only items in original condition will be refunded. Worn or washed items will not be eligible and will be returned at your cost.


Who pays for return expenses?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you return an item for a refund, we will reimburse the purchase price only. If you’re exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.


When can I expect my refund?

If your returned item meets our refund policy, we will process the refund within 24–48 hours after receiving your return. Timing may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.


If I bought something at full price and it’s now on sale, can I get a refund of the difference?

Unfortunately, no. Price adjustments are not possible, as it’s not always predictable which items will go on sale or when.
